What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale pricing?
Our standard wholesale MOQ starts at 50 units per SKU for stock items. For custom specifications (non-standard diameters, special insulation, or private labeling), MOQ is typically 200 units. We can discuss flexible arrangements for new distributors during the trial period.
Do you offer private labeling or white-label packaging?
Yes. We offer full private labeling including custom-printed packaging, branded duct jackets, and custom carton markings. Private label orders require a one-time setup fee and a minimum commitment of 500 units per SKU. Lead time is 30-45 days for the first private label run.
How fast can you ship wholesale orders?
Stock items ship from our Brookshire, TX warehouse within 1-3 business days. We maintain inventory of all standard R4.2, R6, and R8 insulated flex ducts in 4" through 20" diameters. Custom orders and non-stock items typically ship in 15-30 days depending on specifications.
