Houston duct supply: what is available now and what is planned

USFlexDuct currently manufactures flexible ducts and related products in Dongyang, China. Our Houston area facility is being prepared for production. Galvanized ducts, spiral ducts and custom elbow fittings are expected to be producible there by December 2026. Confirm the current manufacturing location, stock and lead time for your specific order.

Current orders

Contact our team with the product type, diameter, material, quantity and delivery address. We will confirm whether an item is in available inventory or needs to be made in China, then provide a quote with the actual shipping origin and schedule. Custom sizes and private label orders are quoted individually.

Houston production plan

The Houston facility is being prepared for galvanized duct, spiral duct and custom elbow fitting production by December 2026. This is an expected capability, not a statement that local production is already operating. Ask us to confirm readiness before specifying a US production origin in a purchase order.

UL certification status

UL certification has not been obtained. Previous attempts did not pass, and a new application is planned for November 2026. If your project requires a listed product, check the exact requirement and request current product-specific documents before ordering.
